So this "highlighting blush powder" is new for NARS Summer 2011 and is permanent. It is described as a soft pink with gold and silver shimmer and essentially, it can be used as a highlighter or a blush. So the first thing I noticed about New Order is that it is very glittery-- almost too glittery. Think less chunky than Super Orgasm's glitter but as abundant as the glitter in Angelika or Oasis. As with any other glittery blush (specifically, NARS) I tried tapping the glitter away before applying and it worked wonderfully. Instead of having huge glitter on my cheeks, I was left with a very very soft pink and fine golden and silver shimmer. I wore this in combination with a light pink blush and it lasted for about seven hours. I don't think the color will show up well on anyone darker than roughly NC/NW25 unless you really pack it on; even I have trouble getting the color to show up (NC15). It is a lovely highlighter though, so if that is what you are looking for I definitely recommend this!
