These eyeliners are the best. Ever. I picked them up a few days ago at my local Sephora inside JCPenney because I thought they were perfect colors for summer. This waterproof pencil kit includes four different colored eyeliners in: Purple, Teal, Gold, and Royal blue. Each eyeliner is 0.8 g. I love the packaging, it is made to resemble a post card to Australia. The biggest selling point for me was that Cargo claims these eyeliners are waterproof. I have really oily eyelids and my allergies have been kicking in lately, so my eyes have also been watering a lot more than normal. Even with my oily eyelids and watery eyes, these eyeliners lasted 10+ hours without smudging, fading, or flaking. I have yet to have an eyeliner last without smudging even with using an eyeshadow base. I used all of the colors on my upper lid and tight lined with the purple and teal, and they all lasted without smudging or flaking! These eyeliners also worked very well on my waterline, they lasted longer than any other pencil eyeliner I have used. These pencils are pretty soft to the touch but they won't break easily when you're applying. Also, I had no problems sharpening these pencils-- I use a cheapy Styli-Style one and it worked no problem. I suggest getting these eyeliners if they are avialable to you, the colors are so fun for summer!

The Smudge Test
So what I basically did here was swatch the four eyeliners, plus other eyeliners that I own, left them for about ten minutes and smudged them to see how well they held up. I put a considerable amount of pressure while "smudging."
